mmm. it was so good. i'm glad i learned to do ribeyes in a pan, because we always used to grill them every time but it's too cold for that!

i left the shopping up to tim and was a little surprised when he came with the lobster tails because i've never cooked them, but i'm glad he did! it was yummy. and probably quite pricey considering it was from whole foods

Ooh, I would like at least a grill pan eventually if not a grill, but they are still yummy when pan-seared.

Oh nice! That's sweet of him! I bet it was pricey, but it looks like it was utterly delicious.

definitely... i got a cast iron griddle that has one side flat and one side "grill"... ha. haven't used it a ton, but it works pretty well! just gotta expect lots of smoke if you try to emulate grilling inside!

Oooh, that looks good. Adding to my apartment wishlist. Unfortunately, I don't currently have a gas stovetop, so I don't know how that would work.
